These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mAmI website at mami.ae and the mAmI mobile application (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by R and L AI Technologies L.L.C-FZ (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Use of the Service
The Service is provided to support you with reminders, routines, and emotional support. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service except as permitted by law;
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
4. Accounts
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. AI Companion & No Medical Advice
mAmI provides an AI companion for general support and well-being. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional. You rely on AI-generated content at your own discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the mAmI name, logo, and all related content, software, and materials, is owned by R and L AI Technologies L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, R and L AI Technologies L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
